Smoked Buffalo Wings

Shake Chicken wings in McCormick buffalo spice mix.

Let set for 45 minutes.

Smoke with hickory chunks indirectly at 275-300degrees F for about 60 to 75 minutes to meat temp of 165.

Serve with blue cheese dressing.
